Yes, it's a ton of extra work for us to lug all of this equipment to the park and set it up before each workout, and take it down after each workout, but we do it anyway because it makes our workouts the best.

Our boot camp is a certified "no useless jogging or backbreaking crunches zone". Jogging is a horribly inefficient and ineffective way to burn fat, so you won't do any jogging at our boot camp. Crunches are useless at best, and dangerous at worst, so you won't do any crunches at our boot camp. Instead, we'll get you doing only the most effective and functional multi-joint multi-muscle compound exercises that will challenge you and produce great results. If you're new to our boot camp and not able to perform some of the tougher exercises, we'll offer modifications to make the exercises less difficult so that you can make them work for you. If you're more advanced and looking for an extreme challenge, we'll offer you modifications to make the exercises significantly more difficult. Our boot camp is a certified "no aerobics zone". Aerobics, although slightly better than doing no exercise at all, is almost completely useless towards burning fat, and is totally useless towards functionally exercising your muscles. So you won't do any aerobics at our boot camp. Instead, we'll get you doing intense total-body circuit training workouts that effectively exercise all of the muscles on your body while also giving you the best possible cardiovascular workout. It's the most time-efficient way to exercise, and it's why we're able to deliver better results with 45-minute workouts instead of an hour or more, and 2 or 3 workouts per week instead of 5.
