Boot Campers Should Bring the Following to Ensure Success During EACH Boot Camp Session:

• A medium sized towel
• A large bottle or a few small bottles of water
• Any medications/medical devices or pumps required by your physician if applicable
• Proper gym clothing and footwear - NO JEANS, FLIP FLOPS or OFFENSIVE CLOTHING WILL BE PERMITTED
